raaaw is a drink that delivers on its promise. It consists exclusively of sparkling Austrian water and the direct juice and zest extract of the finest organic Mediterranean pink grapefruits. Nothing else.

Your raaaw was bottled on February 16, 2025 in beautiful Leobersdorf, Austria and is best before February 16, 2028.

Your raaaw journey begins at our HQ in Munich. That's where we mix ideas, refine recipes, and turn a vision into a drink.

Our lemons grow in the protected region of Syracuse in Sicily, known as the European capital of quality lemons. This is guaranteed by the Consorzio Limoni di Siracusa seal of approval: it ensures verified origin and defined quality standards. We visited our partners in Syracuse ourselves. The region is characterized by agriculture and tourism: olive and almond trees surround the area, and above all, lemon groves. In the village, the lemons ripen to become juicy, fruity, and full of character, and are then gently pressed and processed into direct juice. We add zest extract from particularly aromatic organic lemons to maximize the tartness and intensity of the flavor.

The juice is then filtered, packaged, and immediately deep-frozen at -18°C. This ensures that the flavor remains as vibrant as it should be.

In Austria, our lemon then meets local water, is canned, sealed and its flavor is "secured" before it makes its way to you.
