Why raaaw
When we're asked why we founded raaaw, we think of the scent of blossoming lemon trees, the freshness that fills the room when you cut and squeeze a lemon... that first refreshing sip of lemon that – sweet and sour at the same time – inevitably brings a smile to your face. Just one sip and you're in the here and now.
Sparkling water and freshly squeezed lemon have always been the most popular natural refreshment across Europe, from the original Seltz al Limone in Italy to the lemon soda in Austria and Switzerland.
Why can't this experience be had everywhere?
Radically minimalist, focused on the essentials – and of the highest quality. Without the drawbacks of industrial drinks: no sugar, no calories, no additives or sweeteners – instead, natural, simple, organic.

Health is our highest priority and the benchmark for all our decisions. Following nutritional standards and WHO recommendations, we consciously avoid sugar – one of the biggest health triggers. Instead, we rely on water as the elixir of life and complement our drinks with organic direct juice and organic fruit extracts. The natural sugar content is so low, well below 4kcal per 100ml, that our drinks are considered calorie-free. Thanks to a particularly gentle preparation process and the protection of the natural ingredients in raaaw during bottling in light-proof, oxygen-tight containers, they are preserved to the best possible extent.
Less is more: For us, conscious reduction means clarity, minimalism, and a focus on the essentials. With just two ingredients, raaaw embodies lightness and remains a straightforward, authentic product. This conscious reduction is achieved without compromise.
raaaw is a multisensory experience. Its aroma is fresh
and zesty; its taste invigorating and unmistakable. That clarity carries through to the design—saying only what’s necessary, focusing on what matters.
