FOOD & LIFE – Munich's meeting place for culinary delights & enjoyment
Twice a year, the Munich trade fair grounds become a paradise for foodies: At FOOD & LIFE, Germany's largest meeting place for food, drink and enjoyment, everything revolves around good products, exciting food trends and conscious enjoyment.
Several halls showcase small manufacturers, young start-ups, and established brands, offering everything from regional specialties and fine delicacies to spirits, organic, and health food products. Live cooking shows, tastings, workshops, and guided culinary tours are also available, allowing visitors not only to sample the products but also to meet the people and learn the stories behind them.
Parallel to FOOD & LIFE, the Heim+Handwerk fair takes place, so anyone looking for inspiration for their home after tasting and snacking can move directly on to the living and lifestyle halls.

FOOD & LIFE is a colorful mix of:
- Artisanally produced food products: cheese, bread, pastries, sausage, chocolate & more.

raaaw for the first time at FOOD & LIFE
In 2025, we at raaaw had our own stand at FOOD & LIFE in Munich for the first time, and it was a real highlight for us.
Amidst handcrafted delicacies, innovative food concepts, and plenty of inspiration, we had the pleasure of introducing our raaaw drinks to a truly curious and open-minded audience. Many visitors tried them for the first time and asked questions about the ingredients, effects, and the idea behind raaaw.
For us, the trade fair was:
- a chance to talk to you personally
- A reality check: How are our products received, what do you want?
- a huge boost in motivation because we're getting so much positive feedback,
The #foodchanger Awards – where innovation is recognized
A particular highlight in autumn 2025 were the #foodchanger Awards at FOOD & LIFE. These awards recognize start-ups and young brands that combine enjoyment with creativity and sustainability, from new protein sources and vegan snacks to innovative beverage concepts.
The idea behind it: to make products visible that not only taste good, but also show what the food industry can look like in the future – more conscious, resource-efficient and innovative.

For us, this award means:
